My parents were artists and photographers. Here we show a collection
of their work and momentos.
Marjory Hillman
Mom, the mother of three boys David, Peter and Fredrick (Rick), and
wife of Fred Hillman, lived from April 23, 1916 to February 5, 2005,
nearly 89 years. She was born and grew up in in Mitchel, South
Dakota. Her immediate family included parents Clem C. and Jesse Miller
and younger sister Elizabeth. She passed on in San Jose, California,
surrounded by her sister, her two sons and their wives.
Fred Hillman
Dad was born in Oxford, Idaho, October 18, 1908 and passed away in
Naples, Florida, April 7, 1997. He was a cinematographer and still
photogropher.

Marjory was a painter. |
 |
Mom had a collection of glassware
and pottery including some from her ancestors. |
 |
There are some plates, some
from her family, others that were collected over the years. |
 |
She did painting and finished
furniture for commercial interior decorators in Naples, Florida, and
had her own interesting collection of decorative items. |
 |
Fred was a sculptor in his
earlier years and we still have some examples of his work. |
