Monterey Historic Car Races. This car is owned and driven by Charles McCabe. The frame is from the first batch of 1933 works cars and chasis.

A radical approach was a new type of wire wheel where all spokes are radial, the torque taken by gear teeth round the periphery of the brake drom engaging other teeth on the rim.

This car placed 3rd in race 2A at the Historic Races in a field of 43 Bugattis.
