Top View - My Leica

* Now this is interesting. Note the serial number 1468336.

* According to Camera Quest this serial number belongs to a Green R3!

* However the first M4-2 serial numbers started with 1468001 according to a list in KB Camera

* Assuming this list is correct, the camera was made in 1977.

* If Camera Quest is correct, do I care? Acutally no. I didn't even know abut Leica serial numbers when I bought the thing.

* It does take good pictures.
